Dennis Puchert

is a catalyst, visionary, and entrepreneur with foresight. As Switzerland's youngest star chef and former head developer of a market-leading global food corporation, he sets new benchmarks in terms of quality, innovation, and reliability. With over 20 years of experience in the luxury hotel sector, top-tier gastronomy, and the industrial food industry, he adopts a distinctive approach to corporate policy, underpinned by clearly defined values and objectives. Dennis Puchert is also the CEO and founder of the parent company, The Culinary Agency, which provides a full range of services to the hotel, restaurant and food industry. Valentin Hari

is co-founder of the Vais Group, a culinary innovator and is characterised by his constant pursuit of excellence in gastronomy. As a chef, he achieved the prestigious Guide Michelin Bib Gourmand award in just six months and won third place in the 2021 Marmite Youngster competition. His journey from farm to top gastronomy includes international culinary experiences in Mexico and Scotland. His more than 10 years of experience include positions in menu development for the first and business class of international airlines and gourmet catering companies.
